Payment & house rules
Cash is accepted. Bank transfer on arrival is available only for phone bookings paid at check-in or online plans that allow payment on the day of arrival / at check-in. Other plans follow the booking platform’s terms.
- Children are welcome; no cots or extra beds.
- No smoking, pets or parties.
- Please keep noise low from 22:00 to 08:00.

Families & whole-house stays
Families and children are welcome. Please call with your dates, number of guests and children’s ages so we can confirm a suitable arrangement. Quiet hours and the no-party rule still apply.
Parking, luggage & late arrival
Parking under the eaves and free public roadside parking are available, subject to conditions. Please confirm luggage-storage times. If you may arrive after 22:00, call ahead to see whether an arrangement is possible.

Every room has a private bathroom; no bidet toilet. We do not have a spa. Zhiben hot spring operators, including Dongyouji, are around 15–25 minutes away by car depending on traffic; check their admission and hours directly.
Breakfast, early check-in & late check-out
Whether breakfast is included depends on your booking plan; please check it when booking or ask us by phone. Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please call ahead.
